The Medical Card is controlled by the state.  To obtain a Medical Card from the state of Florida you must have a valid email, identification, and your information must be entered into the state registry by a prescribing physician.  

Orders are your prescription.  They must be entered by a licensed Medical Doctor.

To purchase medical marijuana at a dispensary you must have a valid card and orders.
